How ERA handles information submitted through this website.
Discuss your projectWe collect your name, email address, project details and any optional information you provide to respond, prepare estimates, manage projects and prevent abuse. Please do not send passwords, payment card details or sensitive personal data.
The website uses Netlify, Supabase and Cloudflare Turnstile. Business email is provided through Onamae Mail. Authorized encrypted backups may be held privately on GitHub. Providers may process information outside your country. No advertising tracking is added to the inquiry form.
Unsuccessful inquiries are normally retained for one year after the final response. Records required by law are kept separately for the required period. Contact contact@era-dev.jp to request access, correction or deletion, subject to applicable obligations.
